Many contractors will provide a “low ball” initial estimate, then raise prices incrementally throughout the project in order to make their profits. This is how projects become delayed, customers become frustrated and unsatisfied, and how the home-building process gets a bad wrap. We are not that type of company. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the entire process.  This is a working relationship, and it cannot operate without trust. We will show you the actual cost associated with your particular project and educate you on making the best decisions for you and your family, whether you decide to work with us or not.  We are not just in the business of building homes but building long-term relationships.

The business was started in 2016 with a focus on Project Management for our customer’s custom needs.  CACC is a smaller company, therefore, we focus on no more than four projects a year to limit our workload in an effort to focus on each customer’s needs. This way, we are available to address the unforeseen challenges that often arise during a project.Safety is our number one focus while on the job, not only to protect the people working on the project but the liability of the property owner(s). We have a Green Building Certification & trainings in Passive Home Building, alternative insulation technique’s, and we stay up to date with the latest T24 & Green Building Codes.  In the past ten years, we have worked on up to 7,500 sq. ft new custom homes, equipped with lighting control systems and a net-zero energy output, to simple budget-friendly kitchen and bathroom remodels

Meet the owner

Adrian Smith has been involved in construction his whole life.  From 8 years old to 18, he would spend summers with his grandpa building homes in Sun Valley, ID.  Mostly cleaning the site, the first couple years and giving the guys an extra hand.  He was always eager to help and learn.  By 12 years old he was wearing bags, reading plans, and laying out walls.  It was here he developed most of the skills to build and manage projects he uses today.  It was here that his grandfather instilled the values of working hard, providing quality craftsmanship, and always putting the customer’s needs first.

After moving to the Bay Area in 2008, Adrian began working as a superintendent for a high-end custom home builder.  He uses the skills that he developed at a young age rising the ranks from laborer, foreman, superintendent, and now business owner.  He leads by setting an example: showing up early, staying late, having a positive and calm disposition, and being a reliable problem-solver.
